  • President/Principal Strategist

    Dr. Alisia McClain is the founder of Vividus Labs, whose mission is to be the premier partner for organizations by helping them use data and technology to achieve strategic goals and drive meaningful impact. She is also the founder of TECH-Nique, a nonprofit that creates technology leadership opportunities for underrepresented groups in technology and AI.

    Previously, as Executive Director of Microsoft’s Future of Work Initiative, Alisia led efforts in Louisville to prepare for AI, engaging over 10,000 residents and awarding 2,500+ credentials while advancing equity in AI education.

    With a PhD in Educational Leadership, Evaluation, and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, Alisia is dedicated to using data science and AI for social good and inclusivity.

  • Chief Technology Officer

    Tim McClain is the Chief Technology Officer at Vividus Labs, where he spearheads the company’s technological innovation and strategy. With over a decade of expertise in project management, data analytics, and systems optimization, Tim is dedicated to advancing Vividus Labs’ mission through cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.

    His experience spans healthcare, telecommunications, and higher education, where he has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects and implemented robust data solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

    As CTO, Tim leverages his technical vision and leadership to drive transformational initiatives that support Vividus Labs’ commitment to pioneering quality and efficiency in every project.
